Stress Reduction
Our bodies are designed to handle stress but too much stress can wear us
out. Stress is anything that calls upon our fight or flight response.
This can be external ie: working long hours, financial or relational,
traffic jams etc. or it can be internal ie: toxins, infections, wrong
diet etc.
